MARTIN C. JOHNSON, ESQ., MBA, RMA®, EA
Attorney

In my early years as a financial planner, I realized that estate planning was an often overlooked area of planning not only by clients but also by their financial advisors.

The reason I became an estate planning attorney was to help people make sure that their wishes are carried out during incapacity and after death. I had seen too many people impacted by the lack of estate planning or poor estate planning. I did not want to see the government or the courts take control of a person’s property in a way that was not consistent with the person’s wishes and intent. I am passionate about making sure that estate and property wishes are accurately reflected in living trusts and other estate-planning documents for my clients. Knowing that families won’t have to scramble, get stuck in court, or lose property for failure to plan motivates me.

Helping people with their finances is something I have enjoyed for over 28 years because of the impact it has on them and their legacies. I help singles, married, and blended families sort out the complexities of establishing an estate plan that is flexible enough to meet their current needs and any changes that may arise in the future. My firm delivers exceptional service and support throughout the planning process. My mission is to help those who value good advice, want to take care of business, and want to take care of their families and charitable causes they are passionate about.
